Baked on, not painted on
Finished at the factory.
Never on your driveway.
The color is a baked-on enamel finish applied to the coil before it ever reaches us. When we roll a run on site, the finish is already on it — we are forming painted aluminum, not painting formed aluminum.
That matters most at the endcaps. Plenty of companies fit white endcaps and paint them to match on the job. Site paint fades at a different rate to baked enamel, so a year later the corners of the run stop matching the middle of it. Ours come off the same factory line as the gutter.

Choosing
The right color is the one you stop noticing.

Match the roof
Works well on a dark shingle or a tile roof, and on two-story elevations where the run sits high and close to the roofline.

Match the trim
Picks up window and garage trim instead. Worth considering where the fascia is a different color to everything else.
Did you know?
4×5 downspouts come in two colors.
3×4 downspouts come in multiple color choices. 4×5 is stocked in low gloss white or bronze only. If you want a 4×5 spout in another color, raise it at the estimate rather than on install day.
