Odessa sits right on the Pasco–Hillsborough line, so Westchase, Citrus Park, Lutz and north Tampa are effectively local to us. We are a north-Hillsborough contractor rather than a city-wide one, and we would rather be straight about that.
A lot of this part of the county is newer build on larger footprints — long roof runs with relatively few downspouts. That is exactly the situation where a 5" builder-grade gutter gives up during a summer storm.

Florida sets gutter licensing county by county, and Hillsborough does not currently require one for gutter installation. So that it does not look like a gap: we are licensed in the two counties that do require it (Pasco SAC-08571, Pinellas C-5498), we are insured, every installer is covered by Worker’s Compensation, and none are exempt.
