Only what you give us. If you fill in the estimate form on this site, that is your name, phone number, email address, the address where the work would be done, and whatever you tell us about the job.

If you call or email instead, we hold whatever is in that conversation or message.

We do not ask for payment details through this website, and you should not send them to us by email.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run an analytics or advertising pixel. Nothing on it follows you around the internet.

If that changes — for example if we add website analytics so we can see which pages are useful — we will update this page and say what is being collected.

To reply to you, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out the work, and keep a record of jobs we have done. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Our own estimators and installers, who are our employees rather than subcontractors, so that they can carry out the work.

The everyday services we use to run the business — our email provider and our website host — process information on our behalf. They are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept only as long as they are useful, then deleted. Records of completed jobs are kept longer, because warranty and insurance questions can come up years later.
