By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Everything here describes the work we do and how we do it. Nothing on this website is a binding quote, an offer, or a guarantee of price or availability.

A price only exists once we have been out, measured the roofline, and given you a written estimate.

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. They are based on what we can see and measure at the property on the day.

If conditions turn out to be materially different from what was visible at the estimate — for example rotten fascia found once the old gutter is off — we will stop, explain it, and agree the change with you before continuing.

We warrant our workmanship for 2 years. Materials carry a manufacturer warranty of up to 20 years.

The exact terms, and anything a warranty does not cover, are set out in the paperwork provided with your estimate. Where this page and that paperwork differ, the paperwork governs.

Florida sets gutter licensing county by county. We are licensed in the counties that require it — Pasco (SAC-08571) and Pinellas (C-5498). Hillsborough and Hernando counties do not currently require a gutter license.

We are insured, every installer is covered by Worker’s Compensation, and none are exempt. A certificate is available on request.

We serve Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough and Hernando counties. We do not currently cover South Tampa or St. Petersburg. The current list is on the service area page.

Gutter installation is outdoor work. We may need to move a scheduled date for weather or safety, and we will tell you as early as we can when that happens.

We need safe access to the roofline and somewhere on the driveway to set up the forming machine, since every run is cut on site. Please let us know in advance about anything that affects access — gates, dogs, low cables, parking restrictions.

The color swatches on this website are shown on a screen and are a guide only. Screens vary, and the finished baked-on enamel will not match a monitor exactly. Ask us at the estimate to see the actual color options before you choose.

The photographs of finished work on this site are of our own installations. The text, images and design of this site belong to American Custom Guttering, Inc. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always available. We may change or remove content at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the work we actually carry out, which is governed by your estimate and contract and by Florida law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
